Safe and secure online transactions

We accept all major cards for payment and we accept Paypal.  Our secure payment provider is Paypal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant (us). Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction and Paypal email us your order and shipping details - we do not see your card details.

As you pass though our checkout process you will notice that the final page of this process is secure - this is demonstrated by the appearance of the golden padlock on the page and by the fact that the web page is https, rather than the http of regular webpages.

Strict ingredients policy

We believe that you should be careful about what products you use on your skin - after all your skin is an organ so it will absorb ingredients.

You won't find products on www.greenbeauty.co.uk that contain parabens, synthetic colours, synthetic fragrance, SLS or petroleum derivatives.

We have given full ingredient listings for the products we stock.

Exceptional Customer Service

If we receive your order before 3pm on a weekday we will ship on the same day.  If you have any queries about us, about the brands we stock or about ingredients please email us and we will respond quickly.

Convenient

You can shop from the comfort of your own home, or whilst you are at work.  Your order will be with you very quickly (often the next day - if you have ordered before 3pm).  We have a good choice of products, so whether you are looking for an anti-ageing serum or a sulphate-free shampoo you should be able to find what you are looking for quickly.

Ethical Stance

We don't stock anything that has been tested on animals.  Most of our products are vegan, but some do contain animal products (for example beeswax).

We are impartial.  We stock brands and products that we think deliver - we search high and low to discover new products to offer!  We like to work with companies that share our values - respect for our planet, treating people well and fairly and minimising our impact on nature.
