No artifical preservatives

We will not stock products that use artifical preservatives. 

No synthetic or artifical colourants

We will not stock any products that use chemical colourants - we like our products to have naturally occuring colours found in nature.

No synthetic or artificial fragrances

We will not stock products that contain chemical fragrances (often hidden as 'parfum' on ingredient listings).  We like products that have naturally occuring fragrances from the essential oils or botanicals used in making them.

No petrochemicals

Mineral oils, parrafin waxes and petrochemicals inhibit the natural functions of the skin, so we will not carry products that contain these types of ingredients.

No animal testing

We do not carry products that have been tested on animals.

Animal ingredients

The only products we carry that contain animal products are those containing beeswax, propolis or honey.
